At this point, issues are resolved for virtually all impacted customers. Jive engineers continue to troubleshoot a few lingering issues, and will monitor this closely throughout the day.

We have received reports of severe delays and call failures when outbound calls to the PSTN are attempted from IP Handsets registered to the Jive platform, as well as reports of incoming call failures. This is confirmed by our internal monitoring. Our engineers are investigating the issue. We will update this page as we have additional information.
