- Jive is aware of several widespread, intermittent Internet outages from multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs). While the cause of these issues has not been confirmed, service providers such as AT&T, Comcast, and Time Warner have been affected, and have independently reported these events on their respective status pages.
Customers who connect to Jive Cloud via these affected ISPs may have experienced service disruptions during these episodes. The following graph illustrates major service provider connectivity to Jive Cloud during one of these events:
The spikes within the graphs represent the high number of phone registrations occurring once the ISPs have restored normal operations. For more information on these issues, visit:
Currently, all Jive services, including IP phone registrations, are functioning normally. Jive will update this status page if additional ISP issues occur.
Note, Jive Cloud was functioning normally without disruption during these events, and customers on Jive MPLS connections were not affected. However, in an effort to increase uptime for clients experiencing ISP-related issues, Jive is establishing additional peering relationships at each of it's six (6) U.S. data center with the major ISP providers. These measures will help ensure your Jive service remains available during similar events in the future.
