A small subset of customers using PBX routing in Jive may have been unable to establish calls. The issue began at approximately today at 6:10 PM UTC and was resolved shortly thereafter at around 6:16 PM UTC. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
