A subset of customers using Jive may have been unable to establish outbound calls through PSTN (phone routing). The issue began at approximately 5:49 PM UTC and was resolved shortly thereafter at around 6:10 PM UTC. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
