Call Handling Issue
Incident Report for Jive Communications, Inc

Beginning around 11:45 Mountain time on 18 May, some Jive customers experienced Call Handling issues that prevented some inbound and outbound call services for approximately 30 minutes. Other Jive services, such as Jive Mobile and Jive Web, were negatively impacted as well.

Jive engineers worked quickly to restore services. Our sincere apologies for the disruption.
