Beginning around 19:18 Mountain time on 26 Aug, some Jive customers experienced Call Handling issues that prevented new calls for approximately 2 minutes. Other Jive services, such as Jive Mobile and Jive Web, were negatively impacted as well.

Jive engineers worked quickly to restore services. Our sincere apologies for the disruption.
